One Glitch that is fixable, pay attention

I have heard a lot about glitches on the first level of this game. I had one as well. After blasting the door open with the turret, I went onto the error and it would crash. Same thing would happen if i tried to save. I emailed customer support and they got me on the right track, but didnt get me all the way there. They told me to set my screen resolution to 1024x768 in my system prefrences and then run the game. This didnt fix it. But dont lose hope! I found that on the main menu, you can click on setup, and change the game resolution there. This is what must be turned to 1024x768. I repeat DO NOT CHANGE RESOLUTION IN YOUR SYSTEM PREFRENCES! This will not change anything. You must do it in the in game settings.
After fixing this, I have found the game to be amazing!
